Tottenham manager Martin Ho will provide a squad update in a press conference on Friday afternoon. He confirmed he "will speak to the media on Friday afternoon and will report any further squad updates ahead of our London derby with West Ham." Spurs are dealing with significant long-term injuries, as Jess Naz and Maite Oroz are both sidelined with anterior cruciate ligament issues. Defender Hanna Wijk has returned to action in pre-season following an MCL injury sustained in April 2026, featuring in two friendly matches.
The officiating team for this WSL fixture has been confirmed. Abigail Byrne will take charge as the match referee. "Abigail Byrne is in charge of our match this weekend," the Tottenham site noted. She will be assisted by linespeople Nicoleta Bria and Christopher Myatt, with Stephen Parkinson acting as the fourth official.
The two sides will line up in their traditional home colours. Tottenham Hotspur will wear their 2026/27 home kit, featuring Lilywhite shirts, navy blue shorts, and white socks, with their goalkeeper in pink. West Ham United Women will take to the pitch in their iconic claret shirts, paired with blue shorts and blue socks.
Fans at Brisbane Road can purchase the first Women's Super League edition of the official matchday programme. It includes an interview with new Tottenham arrival Kirsty Hanson and a profile on goalkeeper Selma Panengstuen. Programmes are available at the stadium or can be ordered online for delivery. The weather forecast for Sunday predicts warm and sunny conditions with temperatures around 26 degrees Celsius, though there is a risk of rain later in the afternoon.
